VoipSwitch
SIPCLASSIC is a platform that allows to implement various types of Voice Over the Internet Protocol (VOIP) services, with retaining shared, uniform management interface. The feature that distinguishes this platform is the implementation of an integrated, embedded  billing system that cooperates with SQL – MS SQL or MySQL databases’ servers.
This solution results in the simplicity of preparing the system, by the operator, to be fully functional for providing services and also for administrating it in the future.
VoipSwitch’s software consists of the following modules:

  VoipSwitch manager – the main part of the application. It allows to monitor the whole incoming traffic. Apart from the current connection status and the type of logged in clients, it also presents a number of additional information on the processes that are taking place.
  VoipSwitch Config
management interface. It is a tool for configuring the whole system. It has a number of features that allow to manage clients’ billing and analyze traffic information, based on the statistical data.
  Web CDR the module that allows clients to check their current account status and the history of the calls made. There is a possibility of exporting data to the file from this level.
  PC to Phone Client soft phone based on the g723.1 codec.
  Web phone
soft phone that can be initiated directly from the website.
  Callback Client client’s software that allows to initiate calls between two telephones.
  Web callback
client’s callback version that is initiated directly from the website
  SMS callback
module that cooperates with the SMS operators. It also allows to create access number for SMS callback service using the mobile phone
  IVR module
module responsible for playing back voice messages utilized by various services e.g. 2 stage dialling, account balance or IP PBX
  Online Shop
web based system that allows resellers to create users accounts, manage them, manage the tariffs, and analyze the information on the traffic that is taking place etc.
  Reseller’s module

windows based application that is to be installed in internet call shops, it gives real time information on connection status, the telephone number, time of the connection, its cost etc.
 
VOIPSWITCH CONFIG
VoipSwitch Config is a graphic tool that allows administering the whole platform. Using this application VoipSwitch’s system parameters can be set, billing can be managed, routing configured and statistical data analyzed.
Key functions:
1.      Managing accounts of the users who utilize particular services
·         Setting up accounts, blocking accounts, setting limits
·         Creating users group and managing the lots
·         Managing payments
·         Checking current account status and payments balance
·         Setting the properties of the account – pre-paid, limited credit
·         Assigning the tariffs
·         Establishing the properties of connections, controlling the incoming telephone numbers from the particular client, creating virtual prefixes
2.     Creating and managing the tariffs
·         Possibility of creating unlimited number of tariffs
·         Assigning particular tariff to the given user or group of users
·         Setting the properties for each tariff i.e. billing step, minimal duration, surcharge
·         Establishing time span for each destination in the tariff
·         Possibility of blocking any prefix or the telephone number in the tariff (connections for the particular number are rejected)
·         Possibility of importing data from CSV file
·         Filters that facilitate accessing desired data
3.      Creating dialing plan
·         Defining routing i.e. describing where to and how to direct the traffic coming from the clients to the particular phone number
·         Possibility of adding unlimited number of records to the dialling plan menu, creating the complex routing structure that enables directing incoming telephone traffic to the various gateways and gatekeepers
·         Possibility of setting the various properties for the various records
·         Possibility of setting various types of proxy for particular record
·         Modification of the telephone numbers coming out of the switch
·         Mapping the phone numbers to the users logged to the gatekeeper or SIP registrar
·         Dynamic transfer of the connection to the spare gateway in case of the failure of the main route, setting gateways’ priorities for the given prefix, detecting and describing the types or errors that cause calls to be transferred
4.      Traffic information
·         The list of the calls made
·         Detailed information on the duration of the call, cost, name of the client, route, the connection utilized and other useful information.
·         Set of the filters that allow to obtain the list of calls corresponding to the desired parameters
·         Exporting data to the file of csv, xls, html, or xml formats
·         Presenting the information on the total cost of all calls, average cost of a call, total cost of all calls and average time of a call
·         The list of unsuccessful calls
·         Detailed information on errors and the reasons calls were not carried out
·         Traffic’s statistical data: ASR, ACD, longest, shortest, medium duration
·         Set of filters
·         Reports illustrating the volume of sale for the set period of time
5.      Managing the payments
·         Detailed information on the clients’ balance
·         The history of payments

The Reseller module

The general information:

Resellers system consists maximum of three levels. Resellers added in the Resellers I section constitute the lowest level. Resellers of that type can create clients accounts and tariffs. Second level resellers, Resellers II, cannot create accounts in the VoipSwitch system. They have the possibility of creating First Level Resellers’ accounts and tariffs, used afterward for first level resellers. Identical situation refers to Third level resellers. They can only create accounts of the Second Level reseller and the corresponding tariffs. They cannot create First level resellers’ accounts and VoipSwith’s clients.Resellers of the First and Second levels can be assigned to the higher level. Execution of the call by the client, assigned to the First Level Reseller, results in reducing the reseller’s call limits by the cost of the call. Cost of the call, for the First Level Reseller, is calculated based on the base tariff assigned the reseller. This tariff is assigned by the higher level reseller or the VoipSwith’s system owner. 
If the reseller of the First Level were created by the Second Level Reseller then the amount of such a call is also deducted from the Second Level Reseller’s call limits. Cost of such a call, for the Second Level Reseller, is calculated based on the tariff assigned to the Second Level Reseller.
The identical situation applies if the Second Level Reseller were created by the Third Level Reseller.
In case there is a zero or negative amount on any level reseller’s call limits, the call will not be able to be executed by the VoipSwith’s client. Thus, is crucial for each level reseller to check calls limits amount regularly.
